Leave.EU supporters will be well aware we’ve been raising funds for the Blue Wave movement to help make the Conservatives conservative again. We wanted to update you on our progress and to thank you for your help so far.

Since July 1, we have received approximately £250,000 from almost 9,500 individual members concerned about Brexit and the Chequers sell out.

It’s been a brilliant effort.

We will spend this money launching an all-out assault on those who are anti-Brexit, using ads on Facebook and Twitter to highlight the inadequacies of local Remainer MPs. Nominal Tories like Damian Collins who have been trying to undermine the referendum result.

Collins, the MP for Folkestone and Hythe and chairman of the House of Commons select committee on Digital, Culture, Media and Sport is our first target. We will soon write to every voter in his constituency urging them to join the Conservative Party so that they can deselect him.

Mr Collins has proved himself to be a snake in the grass by consorting with a left-wing Guardian journalist who wants to keep the UK in the EU and by using his committee to attack Brexit. This committee is comprised solely of Remain-backing MPs who – surprise surprise – have only called Leave campaigners to give evidence to their ‘fake news’ inquiry, or questioned people with an agenda designed to discredit Brexit. He even appeared at a left-wing Momentum-style festival at an event sponsored by a group called CAGE, which has strong links to Islamic Terror. Some Conservative MP!

We’ll also be homing in on Anna Soubry. She continues to support a “People’s Vote” against the legitimate referendum result. Leave.EU is campaigning for a very local People’s Vote on her future as an MP!

Next, we intend to write to every voter in Amber Rudd’s Hastings and Rye seat calling for them to join the Tories in order to deselect her. Having previously claimed she would respect the referendum result, Ms Rudd told ITV’s ‘Peston’ programme on September 26 that she would “absolutely” back a second referendum. We think this is disgraceful.

On a more positive note, we intend to help great Brexit Conservative MPs with funding pages so that they have the resource they need to fight and win!
